Muy refinado y exquisito. Reservamos por Degusta pensando probar los platos de la carta pero solamente era Brunch y tenÃan un menú. Disfrutamos del ambiente y el magnÃfico servicio, especialmente de Erika la camarera que nos atendió. Como sugerencia: existe una versión del Baked Alaska que consiste en flambearlo con licor al momento de servirlo. Ese acto es todo un espectáculo pues donde lo sirven asÃ, suelen bajar la intensidad de la iluminación para atraer la atención y lograr el máximo disfrute de los comensales. SerÃa lo que le falta a Salsipuedes para situarse en la cima!

Muy bueno el cocodrilo. El arroz con langosta buena y la hamburguesa esta bien. La comida en general buena pero no para volver.
Our first stop for this year's Burger Week promo and it absolutely was an excellent decision! We love this restaurant for the consistently top notch service, ambiance and dining offerings. Their Burger Week selection was a flat out home run!! Everything was perfect.....the meat was succulent and cooked to perfection (medium for me, medium well for my wife), the carmalized onions had the right texture and flavor to compliment the super delicious bacon pieces accompanying the burger. Topping everything, the bread is fresh and very tasty making this one of the best burgers we've ever had in Panama. A full meal by itself, Salsipuedes did an outstanding job in all aspects and is a restaurant we absolutely recommend to visit with friends, family or business colleagues you want to impress.
With the Carnival holidays coinciding with Valentine's day, my wife and I celebrated a day early and checked out this restaurant since we heard some good things about it. After our experience, we both agree that this is definitely one of the top restaurants in the City. The service was top notch.....from the valet attendant, Bristol Hotel personel and the restaurant wait staff, all were pleasant, happy to see and serve us. The menu is essentially modern interpretations of great Panamanian dishes and what we tried were all excellent. I had the Prawns, she had the Filet mignon after sharing the empañada sampler. All were excellent and set the tone for an awesome night out. To cap the night off, we went from the Ferrero Rocher cheesecake, which was large and frankly, outstanding. The presentation (served on a disk of Rock Salt) and taste provided a fitting cap on an excellent dining experience that we will certainly return to enjoy. For a special night or to simply enjoy a truly pleasing gastronomical experience, SalSiPuedes is a MUST visit.
En el pasado, el restaurante del hotel Bristol era uno de los mejores de Panamá. Con el cambio de chef, el restaurante ha perdido tanto glamour como calidad de atención. El servicio estuvo descordinado y deficiente, aunque eran amables. Pedimos de entrada ceviche y un pescado en tempura con yucas, interesante fusión. De plato fuerte, uno de mis acompañantes pidió el puerco, que devoró con mucho apetito, el otro la corvina y yo pedà los filetes de ternera, que estuvieron deliciosos, sobre un arroz meloso con guandues, solo dejé las hojas de perejil, servidos en tÃpicas bateas. Inmejorable la comida. Tomamos vino blanco, Sauvignon Blanc. Muy recomendable aunque no es igual que el restaurante anterior.
