Had a hard time locating the place because it's behind a bakery with no visible sign. We tried the tasting menu and some dishes were better than others, however, none transcendent to the point of being extraordinary. They sadly missed the mark with a dish which tries to emulate local grown vegetables on their dirt it. By doing this the smokey flavor they tried to achieved was more of a burnt flavor, not pleasant at all. This was the case with their potato salad version wrapped in a leave. The smokiness became a burnt flavor. I would say that my favorite dishes from the tasting menu were the Hampao, filled with sweet plantain, the corn fed duck creation, which was innovative and the two desserts, which were sublime. The dining experience was just ok, but for being, what I would consider, the priciest restaurant in the city, it's a place not worth rushing back to, however, it does have potential once certain techniques are mastered. As for the decor, it's none existent. Also missed the mark with the eclectic, modern industrial style, and their ventilation system is not the best as the place is tiny and the kitchen smoke permeated throughout the space. The service was courteous and knowledgeable.

El concepto de Intimo tiene una magia que es dada por su personal y dueños. La manera en que eres recibido y atendido, hacen que te sientas más que especial. Los cócteles y los platos son diseñados y preparados con el máximo detalle para ofrecer una experiencia inolvidable y única! !!!! 100 % recomendado si estás en la busqueda de algo fuera de serie!!!!!
Un ambiente rafinado e intimo. Tres mesas solamente y nueve puestos al banco. Un bistro de la “Rive Gauche” en la corazón de San Francisco Panamá. Almejas con un poco de picante, deliciosas. Atún estilo pastrani muy original. Langostinos excelentes. Un Reisling alemán Keller un Perfecto acompañamiento. Servicio muy atento.
Miy buen restaurante con ambiente agradable y un menu experimental, mezclando sabores no tradicionales. Muy buena carta de vinos. 4 mesas y una barra, hacen honor al nombre. Tambien tiene una terraza, agradable para las noches de verano. El menu de degustacion que tomamos, muy rico, especialmente el arroz crocante y el pork belly.
