Fui ayer a cenar con mi novia y de verdad que está excelente este restaurante. La carta es pequeña pero variada, además el mesero te comenta de ciertos platos que no se presentan en la carta pero están disponibles para degustar. Pedimos 2 entradas que estaban espectaculares y la ración era bastante buena, si hubiera sabido el tamaño de las raciones quizás ordenábamos una sola para dejar buen espacio para el plato principal. Las entradas estaban con un excelente gusto y muy bien presentadas. Para beber una sangría que estaba con un nivel excelente de alcohol para disfrutarla y era una buena copa. Planeo regresar para otra cena romántica.

I still think this is the best Italian food in Panama having been several times now over the last few months. Recently had an amazing "blow out" 3 course meal and everything was perfection. Great antipasto (parmesan cheese and prosciutto), great pasta, great dessert (tirimisu) and great wine pairings. Very knowledgeable staff, excellent service and a seriously good dining experience with a serious rather than fun atmosphere. I will keep coming back.
Went here last night in a group of 9 guys. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. By far the best Italian food I have had in Panama. The service was excellent. All of the staff seemed very experienced and well trained. It is not a big restaurant, purposefully, and has about 50 covers total inside and out. The decor is, in my opinion, very brasserie-like and suits the whole theme of a non-stuffy but very serious restaurant. I especially liked the Owner (daughter) designed wine bottle lights above our table. The Owner and his daughter spent quite a bit of time checking on the customers and entertained us with great stories of the restaurants past life and their own personal experiences. It was a pleasure to interact with them and enhanced the experience and intimacy of the restaurant. Now onto the food. Many of the ingredients were handmade by the Owner - pasta and mascarpone to name just two. We had various dishes which everyone enjoyed, and my fettucine pasta with a meat sauce made with lots of different meats was excellent. You could really taste the different meats and feel the different textures between them. The accompanying wine was excellent too, and I noticed there was a nicely well stocked cellar withing the restaurant. I also noticed how nice and thin the wine glasses were, which enhanced the wine drinking experience in my opinion. Detail is everything, and when its right, it makes a good restaurant a great restaurant. We finished off with a couple of desserts, one of which was the best tirimisu I have ever had. I will definitely be going back to support and enjoy this great restaurant...really well done and thanks!

Excelente comida y servicio. Las pastas al dente. La sugerencia de postre, helado de chocolate blanco, acertada. La atención de las mejores en Panama. Full recomendado.
