Leños & Carbón (Causeway)

Service was absolutely terrible and the place was absolutely filthy with food and rubbish all over the floor on the deck. Broken chairs at the tables on the deck as well as dirty table clothes which we had to ask to be changed a few times before somebody actually came and changed it. The restaurant was relatively empty as we had decided to have an early dinner so there was no excuse for it not being clean. There was more than enough staff to serve the few guests that were there but the staff were more interested in their Blackberrys or talking to each other than looking after paying clients. There were two managers who were sitting down at one of the tables have dinner and not paying the least bit of attention to what was going on around them. When the meals finally arrived we had to ask 3 times for cutlery and napkins which never came. I had to get up and go find them myself with the staff standing around watching, never once offering assistance. Our drinks never arrived after asking at least 5 times for them. I would never recommend this dump to anybody unless you want to be disappointed. I have photos of the food and rubbish all over the floor which I am unable to post here but if management would like to contact me I can prove to you how embarrassingly dirty your restaurant is.

Bella vista, comida buena y abundante, buena relación entre precio y calidad de los platos.

Excelente restaurante he ido en varias ocasiones y siempre la comida con buen sabor y buenos ingredientes, a pesar que el servicio no están bueno; Les recomiendo la parrillada argentina (con chorizo español jaja), la paella (muy buena porción buen sabor y buen tamaño en los mariscos) y el pollo en salsa blue chees son mis preferidos en general es un excelente restaurante. @ram40000

Uno de los restaurante que me gusta es este. Ya que cuenta con un menu variado en carne a la braza como de mariscos. El ambiente es acogedor, exelente para cualquier ocasion. Lo Malo es el servicio ya que todas las veces que he ido, los meseros no son atento por si uno le falta agua, servilleta o cualquiera cosa, pero a la hora de pedir la cuenta si estan pendiente en sumarte la propina, como si ellos se lo ubieran ganado. Tienen que mejorar en ese aspecto y enseñarles a tratar al cliente bien para que vuelva. Si vuelvo ire por la comida que sirven y tratar de tener pasiencia.

He ido a Leños y Carbon en varias oportunidades y siempre la comida ha sido excelente, a tal punto que toleramos el terrible servicio. En esta ultima oportunidad probamos la bandeja mixta. Que mala elección, la carne dura y llena de grasa, pareciera que la esconden en una montaña de patacones y papas fritas.
