This place opened less that 10 days ago. The concept of first cooking the chicken on a rotisserie then finishing off on the fired grill is a great one. There is no menu, just the choice of ½ chicken with your choice of sides, or whole chicken with your choice of 3 sides. The whole chicken is small, but the meat is tender, juicy and with great flavor. The side choices are yellow rice, black beans, salad, and yuca al moho. I liked the black beans and the salad. The yuca was not as I expected but was very good. The order comes with two dipping sauces: garlic and a green, maybe parsley, sauce. The place is small, and the fire is exposed so if you choose to eat there, it gets quite smoky, you will come out smelling like you were in forest fire.
