Definitivamente uno de los mejores restaurantes en Panamá. La comida exquisita. El ambiente muy agradable. El servicio excelente, sobre todo el trato especial a los clientes del supervisor de alimentos y bebidas, Luis Afú. Muy atento con los clientes. La decoración y el ambiente no tienen comparación.

Almorcé sola en este grato lugar, debo confesar que es mi lugar favorito en este hermoso país! Me dieron una hermosa y discreta mesa. Ordené la pesca del día que consistió en una deliciosa corvina a la brasa y adicionalmente, ordené la ensalada de la casa. A simple vista, las porciones tienden a reflejar un "tamaño bastante gourmet", pero en realidad, son generosas. Como postre, por sugerencia del Sr. William, un pie de limón delicioso, con flores comestibles como decoración y una reducción de fresas, deli. Buen cierre! El servicio estuvo de ensueño! Clap clap!

This restaurant is among my top places for gourmet Panamanian food and among the top restaurants in Panama with sublime food, excellent service, pleasant ambiance and unique experience. I had high expectations of this restaurant because of its renown chef Cuquita. I went with a friend who also has a demanding palate. We were both very happy with this place.

With the Carnival holidays coinciding with Valentine's day, my wife and I celebrated a day early and checked out this restaurant since we heard some good things about it. After our experience, we both agree that this is definitely one of the top restaurants in the City. The service was top notch.....from the valet attendant, Bristol Hotel personel and the restaurant wait staff, all were pleasant, happy to see and serve us. The menu is essentially modern interpretations of great Panamanian dishes and what we tried were all excellent. I had the Prawns, she had the Filet mignon after sharing the empañada sampler. All were excellent and set the tone for an awesome night out. To cap the night off, we went from the Ferrero Rocher cheesecake, which was large and frankly, outstanding. The presentation (served on a disk of Rock Salt) and taste provided a fitting cap on an excellent dining experience that we will certainly return to enjoy. For a special night or to simply enjoy a truly pleasing gastronomical experience, SalSiPuedes is a MUST visit.
