Makoto

Cuentan con excelentes platos y muy variados. Su especialidad es la comida japonesa, desde los típicos rollos de sushi, hasta otros mucho más sofisticados.

Makoto is one of the best restaurants in Panama in my opinion. Great food, excellent service and a beautiful restaurant and terrace. Lovely place to go to with friends or as a couple, can be romantic. I love the terrace with the view and plants. I do always ask for a table with chairs only, as they also have a sofa that I find very uncomfortable. It is allowed to smoke outside, I hope that will change. The kobe carpaccio with truffle is delicious, the gyozas as well. Only the lobster roll was a disappointment, too big, not enough flavor and difficult to find the lobster. Great albararino wine available. Definitely a place I would recommend!

Great covered terrace with a view, excellent service and the food tasted great. I would absolutely recommend it. Lovely restaurant!

Lo he vuelto a visitar despues de mucho tiempo. Su comida sigue destacandose. Iniciamos con un buen sake y pasamos a degustar Hot Dynamite roll, hot tuna crispy rise, maki spicy salmon, mero tempura, wagyu beef gyosa. Luego cerramos con una entraña tipo japones con un bowl de veggi fried rise. Todo estuvo excelente.

Excelente restaurante. La comida espectacular, el servicio atento y fino, el ambiente muy agradable. De lo mejor en Panamá, sin duda.
