On a Saturday night after 10;00pm Los Años Locos is the place to go for a relaxed no rush meal. They are welcoming at all hours and the food is consistently good. The salad bar is a welcomed appetizer for a big eater like me. They have a wide selection of imported steaks, but my go to steak in Panama will always be the Filete Nacional, that comes from local grass fed beef. The taste is great and the preparation is superb. The yuca fries were crunchy and a good replacement for the french fries. The wine list is large and the prices are very reasonable. I have been there many times and have never been disappointed.

Los Años Locos is a great place to eat. The menu is extensive and the restaurant has main dining rooms along with private rooms that can be requested for private larger gatherings. The main courses include an ample salad bar which I appreciate greatly. As I am a person who looks for local beef, since it is grass fed here in Panama, I look for the filete nacional. Los Años Locos provides an extensive selection to choose from I order the Filete Mark, which is a tenderloin grilled with red peppers, eggplant, fresh mushrooms, and onions. It was cooked great! I particularly appreciate the ample portion size for my money.
Restaurante de tradición. Sigue siendo el mejor para reuniones y para compartir con amigos. Las carnes están siempre de primera calidad suaves y muy bien hechas. Su barra de ensaladas aun vigente.
