El Republicano

La variedad de cervezas artesanales es amplia, algunas que son difíciles de conseguir en otros lugares, las hamburguesas deliciosas de las mejores que he probado en Panama. La Gobernaitor fue la que mas me gusto. Una la pedimos con papas (deliciosas) y la otra con ensalada de la casa (exquisita). El unico postre del menu me gusto eran churros de chocolate, pero considero que deben tener mas variedad. El servicio bueno.

We went to try their burger participating in Burger Week, La Revolucionaria, but sadly there wasn’t anything really revolutionary about it. The burgers arrived at room temperature, and at first bite it just tasted like a regular hamburger, nothing stood out, not even the au jus dip. I love the au jus concept though, you don’t see that a lot here in Panama. I would have to say my favorite part about the burger is the toasted prosciutto. Their best burger by far to me is still La Embajadora.

This was another burger that we had added to our "to try" list for Burger Week 2017, and I would say La Embajadora was pretty good, although the meat itself was lacking in something, it could have been juicier. The burger includes this amazing stout gravy dressed on carmelized bacon, melted cheese, and crispy fried onions that made it very delicious, and today I woke up thinking about that gravy. The fries were a nice compliment as well, very well seasoned and it was enjoyable. The only downside was the wait time; we waited well more than half an hour (which was expected because of how busy it was), but what bugged us was that a table of 4 opened up, and who was handling the wait list only accepted exactly 4 people for that table, so he gave the table to 4 guests who had JUST arrived. Seeing this, and then seeing the other tables that were occupied, there were many tables that seat 4 people and they were occupied by only 3. We didn't find that fair, but we eventually got our seat and were attended by the sweetest waiter, I wish I could have gotten his name to commend him through here, but WOW he was awesome and always willing to help us no matter how busy the restaurant was, AND we received our burgers faster than we had to wait :P Anyway, La Embajadora is definitely worth a try, and try the Celis White Belgian Beer, that's good stuff right there!

Como siempre la comida muy rica con unas hamburguesas a otro nivel, el menu es pequeño pero todo muy bueno, muy recomendado.

Muy buenas hamburguesas, realmente una de mis favoritas, el ambiente agradable y la atención ni hablar, un buen lugar para compartir con las amistades.
