Charro Mexicano (San Francisco)

This place is definitely family friendly. Plenty of kids everywhere. The service is very good and the prices are quite reasonable. You can eat a lot of good food for not a lot of money. The guacamole, in my opinion, was very bland. I would have added a few drops of lemon juice and salt to the guac. The beef burrito was pretty good, but was very one dimensional. Only beef, nothing else, was rolled in the tortilla. The tacos de filete was also very tasty, but again, kinda boring. No texture or flavor differences. The flan is quite small for the price, but that is made up for but the oversized margaritas. The tamarind margarita was fantastic and quite different.

The new Charro Mexicano is a great little place that is stuck on the side or a barber shop. We went thee with another family to try some Non Fast Food Mexican Food. We were very pleased! I can't say the food was excellent but it was very good. We started off with some Margaritas. Mine was a Maracuya Margarita that was large and tasty. I was very hungry so I ordered the mini burritos as an appetizer (Veggie, Chicken, Beef) and they came out quickly. All were very good. trying to not overload on the carbs, I ordered the beef fajitas for the main course. The fajitas were not as good as I expected.... I believe the meat could have had more flavor; maybe a longer marinade would have help. My family and Friends ordered a variety of food including different burritos, soft tacos and enchiladas. And for dessert I tasted a flan, that i must say was spectacular! All of us was left happy and with ganas to return.

Para mi es el mejor restaurante mexicano del país, y mi opinión se basa en que tienen los mejores nachos que he probado!! La atención puede mejorar.

Si pienso en comida mexicana mi opción #1 es Charro mexicano, siendo mis favoritos los nachos charro mexicano y sus margaritas. la atención es buena en términos generales.

Cuando pienso en comida mexicana es siempre este restaurante el que me viene a la mente. En esta ocasión varié lo que usualmente suelo pedir, y decidí probar el burrito charro mexicano el cual estuvo delicioso!!! Además, cada plato que probamos estuvo muy bueno. Como siempre sus margaritas son muy ricas.
