We had the ceviche with avocado sauce and aji gallina... I had to tell the chef that his ceviche was the best I've ever had in Panama! It had much more depth than the usual Lime and fish ceviche, which I find lacking flavor most of the time. And the aji gallina was to die for! Super creamy, rich, and seasoned perfectly. And don't forget to ask for the Elisa at the bar. Perfect ending to a delicious meal... Can't wait to go back.
