T.G.I. Friday's (Marbella)

The food was very good. We started with the buffalo wings for appetizer and then the Ultimate jack daniels burger as the meal. Both were very good and plentiful so we shared. For the dessert we shared an Oreo Madness which was extremely sweet but delicious. Only negative was the service, almost impossible to get wait staff's attention. Need ketsup? Better ask when your food comes or you might not see your waiter again for a long time as they drop off and take off!

Ok, you know what to expect...mostly deep fried food, fries with everything, drinks full of ice and if you eat anything "more healthy" like pasta with sauce, you know that its microwaved and could have also been made just as well in "Golden Arches" kitchen. So, what I'm looking for here is fast restaurant food where the oil is fresh, and the cooks know how to do "production line" cooking well...and it's not thrown together carelessly...ie they actually give a crap about how it looks like on the plate. I think more often than not they pull it off...albeit the fries may often be a little "soggy"...a sign that they are not totally fresh. I usually get one of the burgers because its a good patty and I know that the pictures of all the other sandwiches will never reflect reality. My biggest gripe here is the cost of the drinks...if you avoid getting sucked into wanting a "whiz bang" drink to go with your "whiz bang" food then your bill will be half. Oh...and NEVER tell them it's your birthday!!...unless you want to be embarassed by adults acting like trained monkeys and degrading themselves at yours and the expense of other diners trying to enjoy their meals. Yay!!!!
