Very attentive and friendly service. Steaks were grilled to perfection and very flavourful. The ambience is warm and lively, never an empty table. We look forward to returning!

La atención fue excelente. Éramos cuatro damas y todas pedimos platos diferentes y entradas para compartir. Todos lo platos estaban deliciosos y muy bien presentados. Lo recomiendo nuevamente.

Santa Rota is One of the best dining experiences that you will have in Panama City. The service is excellent, friendly and very efficient. The food is expertly prepared and presented. The pan con tomate transported us back to Barcelona with the clarity of the flavors and the authenticity of the presentation. The grilled octopus was so tender and supple with a perfect char and spicy aioli sauce accompanied by crispy papas fritas for you to pair with each grilled bite. Delicious! The entraña steak was richly flavored and correct temperature to enjoy the salty, umami goodness. Dessert was a traditional cream filled, chocolate covered profiterole presentation that could made everyone content. Great wines, good time, I want to go back right now! Highly recommended!
