We decided to try the place, knowing it was newly opened. My son liked the chicken finger and shake, my wife and I food was ok, nothing special. I think they Sneed more time to figure out how to understand a waiting list, taking order, keeping areas in front of customers, clean and tidy. The managers seem to care and came around a few times to ask questions, but the place is loud, kids running around and likely needs awhile to.mature in its general service capabilities. Especially compared to the other options in Altaplaza mall.
