Hello, I personally came over to your table 3 times and apologized for the wait as it was extremely busy. I was told not to worry and your family thanked me several times for the "lovely "restaurant.". I apologize your order was not originally served and we feel terrible it happened but it happened and we will try to improve. But the review you leave is unfair and not true. You give our restaurant 1 star for environment, when it is a beautiful restaurant and actually elegant for breakfast and lunch and your family compliented it more than once, Also I was told the food was delicious by your table more than once. But I notice from your previous reviews you enjoy to go publicly and criticize businesses to the extreme if you are not happy. This does nothing to help a restaurant or any business. But for you to hurry home just to broadcast that your pancakes were delayed after saying nothing to us, takes away the credibility of the review. Better to help a business by talking to them and explaining your concerns or disapproval, after all, you said you were there for a long time so you had the time to discuss. Just words to help.
