Hasta ahora es el mejor lugar de desayuno en Panamá. Hacen su propio pan para las tostadas francesas y es la mejor que he probado sea en Panamá o en otras ciudades (por lo menos en EEUU). Lo único malo es que hay veces que están apurados y no lo cocinan completamente bien y queda un poco mojado en el medio. Los waffles belgas con fresas y crema también es muy rico aunque también cuando están apurados, sale un poco suave. El omelette tiene 6 ingredientes básicos (jamón, hongos, cebolla, pimentón, queso y tomate) y es sabroso. Los pancakes es lo único que no recomendaría aquí pero supongo que depende del gusto de la persona. Me gusta que los pancakes sean ligeros y fluffy pero no es el caso aquí. Es un poco seco y duro. El servicio puede ser bueno o malo dependiendo del mesero que te atiende ya que algunos te pueden ignorar cuando necesitas algo mientras otros si te atienden bien. This is the best place for breakfast I've tried in Panama so far (at least in regards to the French toast and waffles). They make their own bread for the French toast and is really tasty and soft. These are the best French toasts I've tried in Panama and in other cities (at least in the U.S.) They cut the bread in thick slices so the downside is that when they are busy, they might not cook them thoroughly so it's still a bit soggy in the middle. We usually ask them to cook it a little more. The Belgian waffles with strawberries and whipped cream are also good. However, sometimes the waffles are somewhat soft but it's still tasty. The omelette has 6 basic ingredients including ham, onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, cheese, etc; and it is tasty. The one thing I wouldn't recommend is the pancakes because they aren't light and fluffy. They are a bit dry and hard. The service can be a hit or miss depending on thethe waiter because there are some that might ignore you for a while and others who are prompt and attentive.
