El Republicano

This was another burger that we had added to our "to try" list for Burger Week 2017, and I would say La Embajadora was pretty good, although the meat itself was lacking in something, it could have been juicier. The burger includes this amazing stout gravy dressed on carmelized bacon, melted cheese, and crispy fried onions that made it very delicious, and today I woke up thinking about that gravy. The fries were a nice compliment as well, very well seasoned and it was enjoyable. The only downside was the wait time; we waited well more than half an hour (which was expected because of how busy it was), but what bugged us was that a table of 4 opened up, and who was handling the wait list only accepted exactly 4 people for that table, so he gave the table to 4 guests who had JUST arrived. Seeing this, and then seeing the other tables that were occupied, there were many tables that seat 4 people and they were occupied by only 3. We didn't find that fair, but we eventually got our seat and were attended by the sweetest waiter, I wish I could have gotten his name to commend him through here, but WOW he was awesome and always willing to help us no matter how busy the restaurant was, AND we received our burgers faster than we had to wait :P Anyway, La Embajadora is definitely worth a try, and try the Celis White Belgian Beer, that's good stuff right there!

El ambiente es muy agradable, el servicio es bueno. Nada del otro mundo pero está bien. Pedí una ensalada porque no quería nada pesado, y estaba deliciosa. Con garbanzos, quinoa, aceite de oliva y pollo a la parrilla. Una ensalada diferente pero muy rica. Es un sitio agradable para tomarse. Una trago.

El republicano un lugar relajado. buen ambiente, buena seleccion de cervezas, para recomendar el Coctel Purple hate divino! la comida todo muy muy bueno la hamburguesa Republicano estupenda el camote frito adictivo. las costillas. ensalada todo muy bueno. probe la Embajadora y fue un 9 con respecto al 10 q creo q es el republicano La atencion......... puede y debe mejorar, los cocteles y bebidas tardan demasiado en salir. la chica q bos atendió no conocia la carta. tomense el tiempo de mejorar el servicio por que es un lugar estupendo y voy a regresar.

Súper rico, las papitas con sazón de la casa están súper buenas , recomendado muy buen ambiente, las alitas son una muy buena entrada para competir

Si quieres probar ricas hamburgesas lo recomiendo. La hamburguesa embajadora del burger week de las mejores pero sinceramente no le gana a la hamburguesa el republicano. Buenas cervezas y buen ambiente. Lugar pequeño casi siempre hay que esperar un poco. Lo único es que la entrada llegó con la comida y tienen que estar pendiente de eso. Pero una vez probamos las alitas de pollo estilo coreano ya se nos olividó que llegaron tarde. Hay que regresar.
