Pretty good taste to the meal of the day, but lots of fat and salt gave me a very bad reaction later on. I’d stick to the healthier alternatives when it comes to Mika. Juice said to be real fruit and water only, but tasted a lot like concentrate.

Really tasty food and most of it looks and feels pretty healthy. Eggs benedict with salmon is great! Chicken burger also great. And that tamarind sauce is to die for.

Really bad drinks but hey at least the prices are not insane like in many Casco places. Wish service could be faster and nicer but that's just Panama.

Meat is great but wish they had some more options. The buffet is okay but a cheap steakhouse in Brazil will have a better buffet than this. Service is ok, the place is a bit cramped when it's crowded.

Delicious bibimbap served in a huge hot stone plate. They mix it in front of you. Loved the food but the place leaves a bit to wish for...

Didn't quite like the coffee, very bitter. Service was good but the receipt didn't match the menu price, quite strange, as if they added tax twice?!

Pretty okay salads if you're in a rush and want something healthy. But there are not enough contents for the price. Other salad bars give more food for the same money.

Pretty good ramen but not the best in Panama like some people say. There's better at Taisei for example. Lacked a bit of flavor here. And the spicy is not so spicy.
