Salvaje is the place to be or at least they think so. We had dinner last Saturday evening. We had a 7:30 reservation for a table on their rooftop terrace. After being seated we realized that only one of us had a view to the sea/city lights. We noticed there were 3 tables available with good views. We asked to be moved and were told the tables were reserved for parties arriving at 9pm and it was impossible to seat anyone there within 30 minutes of the reservation. We asked to be moved at 7:45 and assured the hostess we would be gone by 9pm. Long and short of it - they weren't interested in moving us because we weren't their target audience. They moved another couple to one of the 3 tables because they didn't like their view. (They were the much squeakier wheel) When we left at 9 pm the other 2 tables were still vacant. We mentioned to the hostess we live in Panama - and were potential repeat customers but, based on this experience we won't be back. The food was good - but so many better options in Casco Viejo where your business is actually appreciated. Don't go.

Decor is exceptional. Service was truly outstanding. Very attentive wait staff - yet not overbearing. Tuna pizza was an exceptional starter. Excellent value for the price. We will be back.

We came away from our dinner at Tío Navajo undecided. The food was good, but not great. The hamburger was better at the burger week cook off and the coco corvina was just there. Will we go back, probably not. Was nice to sit outside...

Try the poached pear, Gorgonzola, cream dessert. One of the best desserts we have ever had! Lovely ambience, very attentive service.
