This is a restaurant in Multi plaza shopping center... Food was very good and we enjoyed a lot... Some prices are high, very high.. I had fish and chips which a few weeks ago was , $16 now $19 and not worth the increase.... service was excellent, but I would expect that , and the ambience was very nice.. good music to relax to.. Will definitely go back at the end of the week and see if the food is still good..Have to invite some friends to a party and this could be a great place to enjoy ...Este es un restaurante en el centro comercial Multi plaza... La comida era muy buena y disfrutamos mucho... Algunos precios son altos, muy altos... Pedí pescado y papas fritas que hace unas semanas costaba $16, ahora cuesta $19 y no vale la pena el aumento... el servicio fue excelente, pero eso era lo que esperaba, y el ambiente era muy agradable... buena música para relajarse... Definitivamente volveré al final de la semana y veré si la comida sigue siendo buena... Tengo que invitar a algunos amigos a una fiesta y este podría ser un gran lugar para disfrutar.

Always liked Katene, they really have mastered how to always make great pizzas and this day we went was no different, usually go to Katane in El Cangrejo , so this was a change for us... Everything was great till we got the bill. The bill was fine , but the attitude of the young waitress was a disaster. When we ordered the bill , before we had time to add anything more to the conversation she had gone. When I caught her attention next I asked for the jubillado discount and she was not happy. Her actual words were, IF YOU DONT ASK FOR THE JUBILLADO DISCOUNT WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE BILL I WONT GIVE IT YOU NEXT TIME, Not sure if that is legal or correct but maybe the management could address this . Siempre me gustó Katene, realmente han dominado cómo siempre hacer excelentes pizzas y este día que fuimos no fue diferente, generalmente vamos a Katane en El Cangrejo, así que este fue un cambio para nosotros ... Todo fue genial hasta que nos llegó la cuenta. La cuenta estaba bien, pero la actitud de la joven camarera fue un desastre. Cuando pedimos la cuenta, antes de que tuviéramos tiempo de agregar algo más a la conversación, ella se había ido. Cuando llamé su atención, le pedí el descuento de jubilado y ella no estaba contenta. Sus palabras reales fueron, SI NO PIDES EL DESCUENTO DE JUBILLADO CUANDO PIDAS LA CUENTA, NO TE LO DARÉ LA PRÓXIMA VEZ, no estoy seguro de si eso es legal o correcto, pero tal vez la gerencia podría abordar esto.

Food and service was ok, nothing special but not bad.. I like the position on the terrace , watching the ice skaters , and the world go by downstairs. Not a regular restaurant but ok for once every 3 or 4 months. I wish they would stop begging for tips at the end .. if I want to pay a tip , I will, but I believe I pay for standard service in the process of the meal, and this was standard service and standard food... La comida y el servicio estaban bien, nada especial, pero tampoco estaban mal. Me gusta la ubicación en la terraza, desde donde se puede ver a los patinadores sobre hielo y a la gente pasar por la planta baja. No es un restaurante normal, pero está bien para ir una vez cada tres o cuatro meses. Me gustaría que dejaran de pedir propina al final... Si quiero dar propina, lo haré, pero creo que pago por un servicio estándar en el proceso de la comida, y este era un servicio estándar y una comida estándar.

We eat out 3 or 4 times a week and like to try a new restaurant occasionally. This restaurant was quite nice, small but nicely decorated and clean. We went for late lunch , around 4pm, and we're the only ones in the restaurant. The waitress was so grumpy and aggressive that it was really a problem. No smiles, no welcome,no nothing . She wouldn't leave the menu after our starter order, said she had to take it away and we needed to order the main course at the same time, ( which we don't like to do as we like to try the food first,but we went along with her request, not sure what she would have done if we had said no) , Food was pretty good but very expensive for what we received but the portions were incredibly small, I mean really small. At the end I ordered the bill and was told I HAD to include a tip , which is just not the way.and I really don't want to argue on this issue. Was still hungry so we went for pizza . Definitely would not return, and it is a shame as I read some really good reviews about this restaurant

Food was good and tasty and was pretty fresh. had the leche de tigre, and then a mixed mariscos which was great as was able to taste different flavours and dishes.. Will definitely go back but now know what I think now the best ..causo and aroz de.marisco and a side of patacones... The guy behind the bar was very attentive and the lady taking the order was very nice and easy going..We eat out 3 or 4 times a week and this was a very nice and relaxing lunch and definitely will go back again ...

This used to be one of my favourite places and I keep returning hoping that it will be back to how it was but unfortunately it just doesn't meet expectations. The food is pretty standard now, really doesn't taste super fresh as in the past, it used to be incredible, and quite often now , when you take a bite of the food and close your eyes you really have no Idea what you are eating, fish, smoked salmon or chicken or something else.. So once again disappointed . You can only go back and be disappointed so many times till you look for somewhere new which we have now done ... Este solía ser uno de mis lugares favoritos y sigo volviendo con la esperanza de que vuelva a ser como antes, pero desafortunadamente no cumple con las expectativas. La comida es bastante estándar ahora, solía ser increíble y, muy a menudo, ahora, cuando das un bocado a la comida y cierras los ojos, realmente no tienes idea de lo que estás comiendo, pescado, salmón ahumado o pollo o algo más... Así que una vez más me decepcioné. Solo puedes volver tantas veces hasta que busques un lugar nuevo, que es lo que hemos hecho ahora...

Nice little place and very good service.We went at lunchtime but the lunchtime menu is not very.good, more like a upmarket Fonda.,The young waitress and chef gave us the evening menu which was far superior, slices of raw tuna in soya sauce and herbs, and delicious mushroom risotto..The food was great and the service too , Great value and definitely eat there again .You must go as you won't be disappointed with the evening menu....Un lugar pequeño y agradable y con un servicio muy bueno. Fuimos a comer pero el menú del mediodía no es muy bueno, más bien parece una fonda de lujo. La joven camarera y el chef nos dieron el menú de la noche que era muy superior, rodajas de atún crudo en salsa de soja y hierbas, y un delicioso risotto de setas. La comida era estupenda y el servicio también, una excelente relación calidad-precio y sin duda volveremos a comer allí. Debes visitarlo, no te decepcionará el menú de la noche.

Nothing special as a restaurant, we were hoping for better, waiter was having a bad day I guess as he was quite miserable, and the ambience of the place was pretty bad. Ordered fundido de champinone followed by Alambre de arrachera, neither was good or tasty, asked for salt and pepper to add some taste but no pepper. We had just received the starter when the main course came , so that became a little cold while we finished our starter. It was not as though the restaurant was busy, there were just 5 people on two tables . Expensive and poor , not somewhere where I would return unfortunately.

A pleasant meal, the salmon burger starter with Sushil rice was ok and the second course of poke con quinoa and salmon and tuna was also ok.. The taste from both dishes was quite bland and if you closed your eyes you probably would not know that it was salmon and tuna that you were eating. Service was pleasant and good, but please stop asking for a tip when it is time to pay..I think the meal was expensive enough and I believe I am paying for the service in the meal prices

Definitely more expensive than before but the food was good and so was the service. Won't go back for a while as it has become too expensive now for a once a week meal. Maybe once a month. We did enjoy but there are many other options at this price mark. Will I go back, yes indeed but not once a week like I used too
